Metamucil Daily Fibre is great if you have problems with number 2, it has helped my daughter and also I got my dad onto it too as he was also complaining about toilet problems. It’s natural and also tastes great.

The dosage amount is fine, but I didn’t quite gel with this flavour. A bit too artificial for my liking. I switched to the orange flavour after trying this out

After some health issues I had to start taking this everyday. I tried a few of them and this was by far the best! Cost for me in the only downfall its not something I can regularly add to my shopping as it is a little pricey in my opinion. If directions are followed though it tastes quite nice although I personally add a little more than the recommended minimum amount of water but that is just personal preference
