I tend to tread very heavy which isn’t good on my feet. I bought some of these and put in my shoes and the relief was instant. Not quite like walking on clouds but very close

I have a pair of orthaheel thong sandals but found them too hard on the soles. I purchased a pair of scholl gelactiv inersoles cut a slit in the big toe section for the (thong part) to be inserted and hey presto instant relief. These innersoles can also be gently washed by hand when dirty and really do cushion the foot for walking.

I need comfortable shoes in order to avoid heel problems, and I find that Scholl Gelactiv Insoles makes walking so much more comfortable. My feet are happier at the end of the day.
