I bought these from the pharmacy because they are supposed to help bring up your mood a little and improve general health. Not sure if they work as intended2

I have been using Swisse Ultivite tablets for my mum and myself. Very good and effective and gives that daily dose of energy to get through. Being a vegetarian it is imp i substitute with tabs. recommend.

The tablet is quite big but it gives me strength to overcome my day with one infant and a kindy girly.Does what it say and will use it again
