I find this product is great when I’m fighting off a cold and when my allergies are needing some attention. They dry my nose up so well. Highly recommend.

I take two tablets every morning and have done so foe the past six years. I believe this has helped in me avoiding severe colds and flus each year. Prior to taking them, I was always the first to get sick and was always bad enough to be bed bound. Not any more. There is no residual taste and they do not repeat on you throughout the day. Very good brand.
