I love this pastry. I use them to make pork and cabbage gyoza. Easy to seperate the to he’s from each other, and they don’t stuck together once assembled. I love to pan fry then steam.
Not something we’ve tried before but similar to the other pastry from the same brand. Slightly different texture and flavour but still worth trying once.
I use these to make potstickers and they are simple to use and cook really well. I have also used them filled with a simple chicken & ricotta filling and boiled for a few minutes in salted water, and they taste exactly like they have been made with fresh pasta, but so much faster and easier! They are great
