This used to be a regular favourite amongst my family but recently it has become tasteless and the rubbery texture of long life ricotta. We are no longer loyal customers and making our own so we are not dependent on highly processed automation.

A beautiful full cream Ricotta cheese. The texture is excellent and the taste, is simply delicious. Goes well in various cooking dishes, including lasagne and spinach/ricotta pasties.

I love that this brand packs a lot of ricotta in as you can easily make a big lasagne for friends and family without worrying about running out. Good quantity here

La casa del foraggio full cream ricotta cheese is my farvorite!!!i am using it as a filling in ravioli,cannelony,lasagne or with crapes. So perfect and tasty. And i love that plastic container it comes with-perfect to keep your fruits.
