This red rock deli dip is a good option when entertaining. I wasnt the biggest fan but it was an easy to get along with flavour. I much prefer the pumpkin and caramelised onion.

This dip has a nice flavour combination and a good touch with the roast tomato; good consistency and also good as a base flavour in rolls or pizza style.
