Delicious, love it on most dishes, I’ve tried different types of parmesan in Australia and Europe but this one beats them all. So tasty and excellent texture. Keeps well too.

I ‘ve had other cheeses from other brands and this one doesn’t quite do it for me. I would find other brands. It’s edible but once you’ve had others, this won’t be a second though

Fantastic yummy cheese which is easy to slice to the size you want. Melts well on pasta and pizzas and yummy on sandwiches as is too. Yummy on crackers

We love this because we can slice, shred or shave it to our own particular needs. It is sharp and crumbly and so versatile!

I much prefer the taste and texture of this fresh cheese over the dry fake packets you buy off the shelf. Gives a fuller richer flavour
