Blue cheese is apparently a delight but definitely not for our family. We just aren’t massive fans of the scent or taste – too smellty.

A beautiful blue cheese flavour. Not too strong but definitely flavoursome. Lovely to eat with crackers, fresh crusty bread or use in cooking in dressings and sauces

So creamy, so yummy, so good. This cheese is truly addictive

I probably shouldn’t be commenting on this one because I’m just not a fan of blue cheese. Trying to be objective, I did think that the cheese was creamy with a good bite to it, but unfortunately I just don’t like the after-taste of blue cheese.

I absolutely adore yummy Castello Cheese and this blue cheese is creamy and has a strong blue cheese flavour. It goes in one sitting!

Castello mild blue cheese is a delicious cheese that has alot of flavour and it tastes amazing,great by itself with crackers or paste.Great for a platter of cheeses!
