I wouldn’t have ever seen this if it wasn’t for my mum. It’s really nice cheese and we use it on everything. It’s also nice just to eat it like that with crackers.
This Kefalograviera is fabulous as part of a meze and is the best to use for saganaki. I also grate and sprinkle over pasta, and use as part of baked dishes and gratins.
