Merci Chef hosts cheese is a lovely cheese to add to a cheese platter.The herb and garlic has a lot of flavour and it tastes good!

I absolutely love the Merci plain goats cheese and gave this a whirl. Again the cheese is amazing BUT the problem is that the beautiful goat flavour of the cheese had been overtaken by the herbs and garlic. It’s far too herby so it’s a half way there mark for this.
