Perfect size for our family meals but I have to say that I did miss having a handle. I had to buy it for the volume that it would hold but occasionally I transfer over to my slow cooker and I found it harder. The non-stick worked really well and I liked having a lid to stop the splattering.

Since I bought this we have used it almost every day, it heats up fast and distributes heat evenly. Great for steaks and other proteins. Only ever lightly spray with oil and no sticking issues. My husband even puts it in the oven as a baking tray (without the lid)
