I love my silicone basting brush! It has so many uses. From basting meats, brushing egg wash, to coating lemon sugar syrup on a lemon loaf. One of my most used items in the utensil drawer.

I really like this silicone basting brush because it evenly brushes on marinate and egg washes but super easy to clean and store in the draw too

My husband is the baster in the house, he does the American BBQ basting and the silicone brush is perfect for this, as the heat has no effect on it.
When he is finished using it, I use a hot soapy wash to clean it and pat dry.
