Downtown Abbey is a fantastic series that explores the lives of an affluent family and their sevants who serve them. The series continues to deal with the ongoing trials and tribulations of life at that period. Well worth watching.

I absolutely loved this series and all the goings on in the staff areas. It is a very well portrayed period drama that takes you right back to the time. I watch it over from time to time.

I love historical dramas and there are certainly not enough of them to be seen. This series is great because the characters are believable, the storyline is good and the facts correct!

I watched every single episode. It was a show that was kind of different – for us in Australia anyway as i know there are a lot of period pieces on BBC. But this was very popular with great characters and great storylines.

I loved this series and now season 6, I can watch over and over again. It is such a great storyline and now I can watch whenever I want. exciting!!

Downton Abbey was the best series in a long time. It has wonderful scenery, brilliant actors and interesting story lines. I loved the era that it was set in and the historical references throughout the show.

Not only do I have season 6 of Downton Abbey, I have the full box set and I’ve watched it more then once from the first episode of season one to the last episode of the last season. Brilliant show

Downton Abbey is one of the finest TV show with expert scenery, costumes and professional actors and actresses all so different yet all so good. Great to have the DVD extras on the end.

I loved all the seasons of Downton Abbey and it was sad to see it end. It was interesting to see how the times changed, especially for women, getting out from under the stifling rules and being allowed to have a say and have a career. I did notice as the seasons went on a lot of the back stabbing and cut throat rivalry disappeared amongst the staff and the sisters as well. Overall the whole show was awesome and this season was a bit sad as it was the last.

i was so sad when downton abbey ended. i watched it from episode 1, and really enjoyed the royalty and english aristocrats lol. if you are interested in any kind of british royalty, then you will love this!

I wasn’t one of the ones who caught on to this show straight away! The first few episodes were boring and uninteresting..or so I thought! I finally had some downtime and really committed to watching it! I fell in love with the storylines, characters and era! From a show I thought was boring..to a show that I cried on the last episode!

I can not think of a single person that does not love Downton Abbey. It is a wonderful series and it just keeps on delivering good stories and wonderful characters. Love the period costumes and architecture and customs of the times.

I love Downtown Abbey. Just looking at the architecture, the old cars and the costumes is so interesting. Can’t go past Maggie Smith. She’s an incredible actress.

It was sad to reach the end of this series. It’s a series that really touches your heart. So beautiful, in wonderful settings, with amazing actors. You see some characters growing so much during the all series. Really worth watching till the last episode!!
