Oh this is a true essential for my heels, especially for big nights out. I think we have all experienced bleeding feet before, this will help prevent it!

I bought a pair of shoes that were a fraction too big so I also bought a set of Footcare gel heel shields and stuck them inside. Problem solved! I had a nice soft gel for my heel to nestle into and the shoes fitted perfectly. What’s more, the heel shields stayed in place for years without budging whatsoever. Love them.
