We had a picture hanging up and it was fine for about 3-4 months until the hook fell off and the picture came crashing down at 2am in the morning, Broken glass everywhere from the picture and a crying child who got scared. Wasnt good! The picture was within the weight range too. I wouldn’t trust these again

I would only hang light items off this, or something that is not breakable as I have had issues with hook falling off, actual hook breaking off or having entire thing ripped off the wall. The hook is small which is good but hard to hang as you have to really use your judgement to know if its hanging properly and in the right spot.

Command Sawtooth Picture Hanger White does what its suppose to do, it is effective in holding pictures. At first I was hesitant in placing a picture over it, but it worked and is performing the job.

I thought I would give these ago to save nail holes in the wall but after a couple of months they just fell off and took some paint with it too so not good for anything heavy put on it

This sounds like a good idea but these are unreliable. I’ve installed them to instructions but have had so many fail randomly, after 3, 6 months or even 1 year. Do yourself a favour and use a professional picture hanger, he did my whole house in less than an hour and I know now nothing will fall.
In addition, I still have multiple walls to fix now where these hooks have ripped the paint off. Not worth it!

Didn’t hold up and fell off my wall despite being under the weight and ripped off my paint and some plaster. A nail would gave done less damage

I’ve used these on several occasions but have found they don’t hold the weight they suggest and can still damage when taking off the wall if it’s been up for a long time
