Great value for eggplant and always a nice addition to antipasto platters this time of year for functions. Keeps fresh and everyone seems to enjoy this as there is never left on my platters

I absolutely love this product because it’s super tasty and perfect for grilled veg sandwiches!
It has a really nice flavour and you can also use the leftover oil to fry veg for something different in terms of flavour.
