As someone who always cooks Southeast Asian food, this variants is not strong enough to build and give the coconut milk flavour in our cook. Better choose the coconut cream type!

I think this is not worth it as it is a watered down light version of the original. I do understand some people pick this as the lower caloroes suit their diet needs better.

I do like to cook with coconut milk and use it in many recipes. Ayam’s coconut milk is a quality tasting coconut milk; perfect in recipes.

I won’t use products that are ‘light’. I jsut figure that they are putting other stuff in to compensate for what they are taking out.

We have used a few of these recently. The first one I didn’t shake well enough and make a huge mess of my kitchen but once I remembered to shake the other can we had no issues. Very nice in dishes!
