These are my go to for making pad thai. Because they are dried noodles, try breaking them up in their packaging, that way they don’t fly all over the place. Easy to use and delicious
I usually use these when making pad thai chicken or sometimes in other stir fries in place of rice. They are really cheap and are easy to cook, just put in a large bowl and cover with boiling water for a few minutes, then drain. The only thing I don’t like is how hard and messy they are when I try to break the bundle apart, bits go flying off everywhere.
These are used by most Thai restaurants for their pad Thai. Cheap and delicious. Excellent pantry staple. I have used them in stir fry with a jar of pad Thai sauce.
