A slightly lighter flavour than normal soy sauce. I find this doesn’t taste as salty also. It’s tasty on rice or added to many dishes. I’ll be buying this again.

I’ve seen this product in stores and I’m skeptical as I love soy sauce, but am so keen to try. I’ve heard good things from a few people

Beautiful delicate flavour with such a lovely aroma!

I found that taste to be slightly lighter than “normal” soy sauce – though not lacking in flavour, it has a more delicate flavour that was perfect for the marinated salmon I used it for!
It had that delicious soy flavour, but did not overwhelm the marinade as soy can sometimes do.

It is also gluten free, which is fantastic for anyone with a wheat intolerance!

Whether it’s as a dipping sauce for dumplings and dim Sims or flavour for your fried rice or even honey, soy garlic chicken…this stuff is so full of flavour and 100× better than normal soy. You only need a small amount to get a much better soy flavour
