We use this paste in our green curry recipe (does 2 or 3 curries as we only add about a third). Great curry every time.
Being in a tin it doesn’t store as long as jars do we have to remember to use it the next week

I think I grabbed this because I saw the brand name and thought it might make an authentic tasting green curry. A little bit disappointed flavour wise, but it wasn’t yucky
