I don’t know why I even bothered trying to make sushi without this! So cheap too and made the job 100times easier in an instant

Wouldn’t recommend making sushi without this mat, or one similar. Makes the rolling process a breeze and doesn’t stick to the sushi either which is what you want

Count work without it. My son said he wanted sushi as it’s rice so we bought everything we needed. These were great and fun… now we just have to work out how to make it so he will eat it, he wasn’t impressed with the taste but loved the mats. They even looked great as I served his food on them.

This is so important for making sushi rolls. I know some can make them without it but that just looks so hard. You simply add the nori paper, your ingredients then roll to shape the roll.
