I made sushi rice using this rice and it worked out well. A nice soft and sticky rice. It must be cooked and prepared a certain way to get it right. I’ve always used other rice brands/grain sizes which have worked out. Google or youtube how to make it properly and it should turn out really good. Oh but don’t overdo it with the vinegar!!

This is the only Rice I use when making Sushi. I haven’t tried any other at this time. I follow the cooking instructions and the rice cooks perfectly.
