Love the flavour of this pad Thai sauce. It is sweet and salty yet balanced and makes a beautiful meal. It is a regular for our household.

I alternate between this brand and another when making my Pad Thai chicken. It has a nice flavour and half a jar is enough for 500g of chicken and vegetables and the remaing half jar goes in the fridge to be used when you make the meal again.

Great for Thai food. Or a Chinese stir fry. I’ve even used it as a marinade for chops and steak. Nice way to add flavour to a casserole or stew too
