Stays fresh in the cupboard for ages until you want to use it. When you open the pack the noodles are still really moist and preserved

I like these noodles, and they are great because they easily separate, unlike other noodles. They are also my go-to noodle when I make a laksa, however they do taste ever so slightly not so fresh as other on-the-shelf noodles.
I will continue to buy.
