    These bread crumbs are my favourite because they become super crunchy when they are cooked as a snitzel. I don’t like to add these as a breadcrumb filler in meatballs etc.

    I use this with a mix of fresh bread crumbs when I make chicken schnitzels. I really like the crunch and texture of the grains. Double coated is the only way to go.

    I have used many if fervent breadcrumb varieties and these ones are by far my favourite. My family loves eating them too. Especially when I make chicken and veal snitzel.

    I’ve tried this when I was at my mums house and they weren’t my cup of tea.
    I like the idea of the grains being in it but I found it didn’t get much of a crunch
