Loved this when cooking chicken pieces coated with egg, parmesan cheese, and these multigrain breadcrumbs. Kids devoured the lot in one go and will definately use again!
These bread crumbs are my favourite because they become super crunchy when they are cooked as a snitzel. I don’t like to add these as a breadcrumb filler in meatballs etc.
I use this with a mix of fresh bread crumbs when I make chicken schnitzels. I really like the crunch and texture of the grains. Double coated is the only way to go.
I have used many if fervent breadcrumb varieties and these ones are by far my favourite. My family loves eating them too. Especially when I make chicken and veal snitzel.
I’ve tried this when I was at my mums house and they weren’t my cup of tea.
I like the idea of the grains being in it but I found it didn’t get much of a crunch
