    Always Fresh is a brand l love to buy.The caramelised onion relish is perfect for our ham sandwiches and amazing on our home made burgers.

    These sweet and sticky slow cooked onions are the perfect match to the salty bite of cheddar.
    I thinly slice sourdough rounds and top with a small piece of good quality vintage cheddar and a dollop of Always Fresh Caramelised Onion Relish.
