John West really does have a terrific range of tinned fish products which includes tasty salmon. We do love to eat salmon because it is healthy and good for the mind and body. Salmon that is easy to prepare and eat in a variety of recipes; good for lunch and dinner meals.

John West’s new tempsters line is absolutely delicious and the flavours that have been added are such a treat. This particular sweet chilli and lime flavouring is a favourite of mine because of the lime.
