I haven’t been able to find this in the shops lately so not sure if they still make it but omg it’s my absolute favourite quick lunch. It’s mild and has the most authentic Thai taste. I love it so much. Wish I could still find it.

Perfect for mum and dads lunch box. Oh so healthy and oh so tastey! It tastes that good…..you almost forget it’s healthy. To beef it up a bit more, add a side salad. Yum!
