I have used this in the past for gluten-free cooking and it seems to result in a weird texture. And just so people are aware, gluten-free does not equal sugar-free
I get that people need gluten free flour, but i don’t like the ingredients in this. Tapioca starch, vegetable gums. I just wish that there was a healthier gluten free alternative.
