This was the first ever brand of Chia seeds I tried. I was very impressed because they were so high in protein and had tons of health benefits but you couldn’t really even taste them in your yoghurt or smoothie. I’m now a regular Chia girl adding them almost every time I make yoghurt or a smoothie for the extra nutrients. I’ve also added them to blueberry choc muffins where they did retain a little bit more of their crunchy like texture you could feel them in the muffins but again didn’t really change the taste that I noticed.
These chia seeds are very good. I love the bit of crunch they give when sprinkled on top of yoghurt. I often mix them with yogurt some honey and fruit for dessert for my toddler. A bit more expensive than some other brands though.
I love purchasing Aussie Grown products. I have bought this a few times so that I could up my Omega-3 levels. Great on muesli or mixed into yoghurt. Best to soak it first for a little while to let it swell up so that you feel fuller.
