I love buying passage to India sachets on special. They are enough to make one meal, which is what I’m looking for – otherwise I end up with a lot of half used out of date jars. Delicious and quick.

I use this in my sliw-cooker with browned Chuck steak (cubed) onions, 2tbspoons of tomato puree, 1tsp sugar, and peeled and chopped potatoes, sweet potatoes, baby Carrots. Delicious Curry!

I found this to be quite an easy meal base to use. I have followed the packet instructions and made as oer instructed, then also made a vegetarian version and also added a lot more vegies with my chicken (or whichever meat I use) whichever way I make it up I always enjoy the flavours, and the balance of spice is perfect for me as I don’t love anything too spicy, nor too bland.

The curry paste is easy to use and is so delicious. I’ve literally used it in more ways than it says on the bottle. I’ve even added mix veges to it and it tastes yum.
