I do love to buy and use Uncle Ben’s rice products in my recipes. Uncle Ben’s Mexican rice is so good in my Mexican food recipes. The flavour is good and easy to eat.

I use these for my husbands lunch, it is quick and easy and goes well with some meat and veggies. In a busy world i appreciate the time saver.

I bring these to work with a can of tuna if I haven’t had time to prepare lunch and it’s cheaper and healthier than buying lunch. It’s flavoured well and being brown rice it makes me feel even less guilty.
