Bacon is delicious but a key component that determines deliciousness is the fat content. This bacon has a good amount of fat without being too greasy.

Hubby is a bacon fanatic. This bacon was good however we found it a little tough each time we have cooked it. We would grab it again tho, being rindless don’t have to worry about all the fatty bits.

This brand of bacon had the right amount of saltiness to it, perfect to add to a carbonara and for me I love the cabbage and bacon.
