This is a great combination for Spaghetti Bolognese or meatballs. The meat isn’t overpowering and takes on the sauce really well. It’s also a bit cheaper than beef, which is always great. And we love Aussie meat!
I love using Pork and Veal mince, it is a great alternative to beef mince when making sausage rolls or meatball for example.. It has a great taste but don’t forget to season.
With less fat than beef and/or pork on it’s own, this mince combination of pork and veal is a delicious and healthier mince to use in bolognaise sauce and most pasta dishes.
This combo of pork and veal is so much better than just plain mince. It gives spaghettini bolognese sauce a much nicer taste. Also great for juicy hamburger patties and meatballs. Much less dry and more flavour!
Pork & veal mince is so much better than either pork mince on its own or beef mince. It is less fatty and makes a wonderful bolognaise or other meat sauce for pasta. Give it a try. You’ll really like it.
