Aside from the price point, during the week when there isn’t enough time to do parma from scratch, these are a really great alternative. The trick is to not over bake them because if you do they will turn to cardboard very easily.
I bought these for my son who has recently been diagnosed as coeliac. While they are really tastey for a quick meal added to chips and salad or veggies. I did enjoy eating them. However the price will prevent me from buying them again! It’s cheaper to make my own
These chicken schnitzels by Ingham are good when you want a quick and easy chicken schnitzel night. They taste good with salad, chips or steamed vegetables.
I really love a good schnitzel at a pub, and was hoping to reproduce. These taste OK, they aren’t anything special. I don’t really like the way that the crumbing comes up once cooked – a bit soft, not authentic.
