Love a good seafood salad in the warmer weather. It has all the right textures, taste and colour. We always have a seafood salad at our Christmas lunch and none is ever wasted. I thoroughly enjoyed it when I was pregnant with my first born as it was my go to lunch snack. Only downfall would be the price as it tends to be quite expensive if it’s not seafood season.. But can you really put a price on something that tastes amazing!!
