I love the whole Jamie salmon range and although this one is not my favourite, it is still good for a change. Just place in an oven dish and cook for half an hour in the oven and it’s perfect. I cook chips with it at the same time to make it a meal.

I am not the best with Vietnamese cooking but absolutely love it. These pre marinated portions are great- they reduce your time in the kitchen and prevent you from needing to buy a million ingredients.

This is very tasty palmon portions that are the right size and the vietnamese style flavouring and textures is brilliant. Definitely recommend and worth price.

I only buy this range when it is on special or mark down as otherwise its way to expensive for us. I liked this but felt the flavor could have been stronger
