This smoked trout is divine and a treat to have and enjoy. Love to have it on some sourdough bread and with some avocado and capers. truly delicious but very expensive for the little amount that comes in the packet.

I do enjoy smoked food products, particularly fish items. This trout tastes a lot like salmon, fresh, banging smoke flavour. Beautiful sandwiches, tossed through a salad or on a platter

My whole family and i love Ocean Blue’s smoked trout. It tastes just about the same as smoked salmon- hardly any difference to us – and is very tasty. It makes a light lunch and is very healthy.
