I like these because they are individually wrapped, can go straight in the oven, cook good and skin crisps up. And the kids enjoy them

I have tried a few of oceanchef products.. mostly because i can’t resist half price seafood. .. but no, not ever again. They are all tasteless, poor quality. . and hard to even identify a seafood taste. Some are inedible.
Never ever again and i would advise anyone to steer clear of this brand

These are great to have in the freezer for a healthy mid week meal, not as good as fresh salmon but a reasonably priced alternative.

We have bought this product for years and have really enjoyed it. Recently we had one packet bought from Woolworths online that tasted like chemical, smelt like chemical and was a pale colour. We wrote to Ocean Chef alerting them to the problem, giving them the product details, batch number and date. We kept the remaining pieces for them to investigate. They didn’t have the courtesy of even replying which has prompted us to make this review. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. You will not be able to eat it for the chemical taste. We will never trust this company again. We usually buy other fish and prawns but we will discontinue to do so. Too risky. With no explanation and their lack of follow up , makes this product suspicious.

These are just great with the skin on. They taste amazing, fresh from the sea. The family go nuts for this salmon with skin on. I highly recommend.

I always have a bag of salmon in my freezer! Such a quick meal to make and I cook it from fresh or frozen (pan or oven) and it tastes great! I do wish the portions were bigger though as I do love salmon!

The salmon pieces come individually sealed and wrapped which means fresh salmon is always available. Simple to defrost and cook. A winner in this house.

Love this rolled in herbs, spices and a little flour, pan fried and served with Jalna plain yoghurt with added capers. Gives it a lift and is delightful

These are ok when you can not have the real thing, and in a pinch. They come up ok in the oven, and the skin helps to stop it drying out.
