We do enjoy a regular get together on Sundays for a family roast. Lamb is a favourite meat to roast and to eat and is delicious served with mint sauce and gravy and a selection of roasted vegetables.

Australian Lamb shoulder roast is absolutely perfect. I love it! I would eat lamb all the time but sadly it’s just so expensive. Would definitely recommend this beautiful cut of lamb to anyone.
