The butterflied lamb shoulder with rosemary and mint is so easy to cook as you just throw in the bbq or into the oven with no preparation! You do need to check when buying as some pieces we have had have been a bit to fatty for my liking. But it is a quick meal to prepare as there is no preparation and it is full of flavour.

We get this lamb shoulder roast with mint and rosemary quite often. A great easy roast with no bone wastage. Total deliciousness. I can only get it in Coles and sadly I live in a town that just has Woolworths so I do online shopping from Coles and get this delivered to my door.

This lamb shoulder roast was tasty while we ate it, the mint and rosemary go well with lamb. However the lamb is a bit fatty and leaves an after taste and slight stomach upset!

I buy one of these for our camping trips, pop it in the Weber on low with some roast veg and Voila! Easy Roast Dinner but with all the flavour!. There\’s no bone to carve around so no waste, and it cooks quicker as its flat, which means it also takes up less space in the camp fridge.

Very tasty and lean, I cooked on very low setting in oven bag on a cold winters afternoon. Absolutely delicious with mashed sweet potato with chives and peas and homemade mint sauce.
