This wasn’t quite what I was expecting it to be. The flavour of the meat was like mutton or goat more than lamb, it was very strong. It was also quite fatty.

We cooked it to instructions and then some more. It just didn’t seem eatable at all. Ended up with a tray full of fat and some sugar coated blubber. We literally felt sick from eating some of it.
We bought 2 packs to get 4 portions to feed 3 adults.
Cooked 30-35 minutes in fan forced oven.
One portion was really good, lots of meat and just pulled off the bone, nice flavor.
The other 3 portions were basically inedible, lots of tiny bones, layers of fat, gristle and skin, and tasted wrong (lanolin flavor from the skin?) maybe about 2mm of meat between two layers of fat,
