Roast pork is a favourite in our house, and I love a smaller piece so I’m not in the oven for hours making sure the pan juices aren’t burning up. Who doesn’t love slices of pork and a heap of crackling! I’m always keen to get some pork on my fork.

its so nice in the oven in an oven bag and made using wraps for lamb souvlaki, the smalll lamb is perfect sioze for a few wraps for yourself and your partner

I love roats but i especially love roast pork. So easy too cook and so yummy to eat. I also belive the leg has the best crackle over any other cut.

This seems to be the most fall apart and tender piece of meat we slow cook and it’s fantastic we add almost any spice and herbs to it
