At first I wasn’t sure about Pork Belly, didn’t know what to expect, but gee, was I surprised. Out dining I decided I would give it a try, and it was so tender, so full of flavour, and that crackling done to perfection. So from there on, I buy it every now and than, for us to enjoy at home. Sure is a lovely cut.

LOVE pork belly a really delicious treat meal either cooked at home or dining out. Supermarkets have them to easily cook nowadays so easy to cook and super yummy
