I didn’t buy the Luv a Duck rather a whole Luv a Duck duck. The smell was vile but I thought maybe it was just a gamey duck smell. However I roasted it and it still smelled horrible and the flesh was wrong. It was well within use by. Gross. Willl not buy again. Better to buy a fresh well cared for duck at the Vic Market.

The duck breast use by was 27 June 2020. I opened it on 24 June 2020. The smell was vile! I was too frightened to use. I rang luv a duck and the man was most unhelpful, 3 weeks later I get an email to say no refund as I didn’t keep the duck or a photo. I say not luv a duck but f**k a duck! Never again!

I have only recently tried duck breast, since I cooked it I have it atleast once per week now with lovley home made plum and honey source. Remember when rendering the fat to always keep draining until its brown (normally 10 mins on meduim heat)

I haven’t eaten alot of duck but this was really nice, fresh tasting duck. The skin crisped up like I wanted and the meat was lovely and tender and not dry at all. Compared to buying duck elsewhere it was really good value for money

I love duck! This is so easy to heat in the microwave and the meat is so juicy and tender , I feel fancy just eating it lol although it is expensive for my budget so I can only get it when it’s on special or marked down.

I love all of the luv a duck products! They are so delicious, quickly, easy and the duck is always tender even with the breast meat! Definitely recommend xx
