    I know these are really not good for you, but sometimes I have one as a pick me up when I am really lacking energy. They are a good sized can too. I try not to have them too late in the day though otherwise it affects my sleep.

    I find these to be a really great sized can. Not too big but not too small. Great as a pre workout drink before gym!

    This is so bad for you, and every day I hear more things about how we shouldn’t be ingesting energy drinks. The taste is very sweet, and I found that the caffeine didn’t kick in for hours, so I was drinking it in the morning, being tired for the whole day then couldn’t sleep at night. So it was a vicious cycle.

    This was a great drink mixed with alcohol as an 18 year old. Now… don’t drink it! It gives me heart palpitations. There are better ways to get an energy pick me up.

    It’s a convenient way to get caffiene, no worse for you than drinking coffee, but ewww the flavour. It’s too sweet and has a weird chemical aftertaste.

    I know a lot of people love energy drinks, but the sickeningly sweet flavour and excess caffeine is really not good for you. Far better to find alternative drinks.

    I had Red Bull on a trip when I needed an energy boost. It did the job, I slowly sipped it and would use it again if needed.

    In not huge on red bull and find the taste a little weird but if I need a quick pick me up then it’s ok. I prefer its green competitor

    Red Bull, like many energy drinks are designed to be used in moderation and generally before or after high intensity physical activity. Used correctly Red Bull will indeed ‘give you an uplift’, used incorrectly or not in moderation and expect to see and feel some negative effects. Personally I love the taste, its also quite good as a mixer in preparation for a big night out!

    At first it gave my body a quick burst of energy and a feeling of wellbeing. It worked better than my usual dose of coffee. So I kept on purchasing it. After a month or so of drinking one to two cans per day, my body became immune to it and the energy increase no longer took effect and my energy levels plummeted. Perhaps, I drank it too often, so I took a break from it and went back to coffee.
    Every so often I would drink it again. It tastes great, like a soft drink.

    As soon as I opened the can, it was an ‘Ugh’ moment. You can smell the sweetness, which worsens when you taste it. Add to that it’s really bad for you. Giving this one a miss fir sure

    My partner used to drink way too much of this. While it will give you that quick buzz, it is really bad for you. Get your buzz elsewhere

    Wow this stuff is seriously sweet, and actually too much of it is not good for your heart either. I have to say I didn’t really find an increase in my energy levels after drinking it.
