This was the tea I swapped to when I was pregnant as it was caffeine free. I enjoyed with a dash of honey as a sweetener.

I personally love Rooibos tea, as an South African we grow up drinking Rooibos in winter and even as an ice tea. It’s comforting and amazing.

Rooibos tea bags are just terrific and the tea really has a distinctive flavour. It has a full bodied taste and makes for a welcome cuppa.

There is always a box of Rooibos African tea bags in our home. It’s my husband’s favourite brand of rooibos tea and he drinks it daily. I myself am not a huge fan, so it’s not going to be for everybody.

I grew up on Rooibos tea coming from South Africa and love it. It’s a full bodied herbal tea with a nutty flavour and it has the most amazing aroma. It’s naturally caffeine free and it has many health benefits. You can drink it with or without milk. Add a dollop of honey for a bit of sweetness but give it a try. It’s delish
