A very nice option for smoothies and cooking when not wanting dairy. Heats up nice for coffees too for lower calories but a bit expensive
I’m not lactose intolerant but often use plant based milks for a change. I love Parkers almond milk for it’s light nutty flavour – perfect for smoothies and in puddings
